    When will it get here?

    Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. From there it ships with tracking and typically arrives in 6–18 business days depending on your location. Ordering for a specific date? Order before the end of November and it'll be up well before Christmas.

    How big is it, and will it fit my house?

    One curtain covers about 9.8 ft wide by 6.5 ft drop (3m x 2m) — a large window, a garage door or a section of facade. The strands hang already evenly spaced, so you clip along a gutter, window frame or wall and it drops straight. For a full front of house most people run 2–3.

    Can I link several curtains together?

    Yes. Curtains connect end to end and run as one continuous animation, so a scene sweeps across the whole facade instead of repeating per panel. Start with one, add more later — they all pair to the same app.

    Does it need Wi-Fi or an account?

    No. Plug it in, open the app and tap pair — it finds the controller by itself. No codes, no account, no router setup. Scenes and schedules are stored on the controller, so it keeps running even if your phone isn't nearby.

    Is it safe to leave up in rain and snow?

    Yes — it's IP65 rated for outdoor use, so rain, snow and freezing nights are fine for a full season outside. Keep the controller and the plug connection under cover or in a weatherproof box, and it'll ride out the winter.

    What if it arrives damaged?

    Send us a photo or short video within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement free. You don't need to send the damaged one back. Shipping is shipping — that's on us to fix, not you.

    How do I look after it?

    Almost nothing to do. Wipe the strands with a dry or barely damp cloth if they get dusty — no sprays or harsh cleaners. Unplug at the controller before taking it down, fold it back along the strands rather than bunching it, and store it in the box. It comes out of storage untangled and ready to rehang next year.
